Thank you for your keen interest on Yayasan Sime Darby Pre-University
Scholarship Award for 2009/2010.

We are pleased to inform that you have been shortlisted for second-level
assessment. The details of your session as per below:

Date/Day : 22th December 2009 (Tuesday)
Time : 8.00 am - 1.00 pm
Venue : Sime Darby Business School (Bukit Kiara)
Session : #1

Dress code : Office Attire
(Candidates inappropriately dressed will not be
entertained)

Activity :

THE ASSESSMENT
There will be 2 stages of assessment under the 2nd screening.

1st Stage = Group Discussion.
A topic will be given to discuss, candidates with good communication skills
will be invited for 2nd stage, the result of 1st stage will be announced
after end of Group Discussion

Upon completion of ALL Group Discussion sessions, YSD will immediately
announce results for 1st Stage. Only those who are successful in the 1st
stage will QUALIFY for the 2nd Stage.

2nd Stage = Online Assessment.
It will take approximately 3 hours to finish the assessment, candidates
will be assessed through 3 different test, verbal, numerical and
personality test.

Please certified and staple all copies of document in this
order for submission (DO NOT bind or put in file):
1) Photocopy of IC (Write across the IC "For Sime Darby Use
Only")
2) 2 passport-sized photograph
3) SPM Trial Result
4) 5 certificates that you had stated in the online form and
you most proud of

Please note that if you are absent on the day of the assessment, you MUST
INFORM US VERBALLY/IN WRITING as soon as possible. Any rescheduling of
assessment will not be entertained.
